"After 2 weeks travelling through Panama we relaxed a few days at your excellent B&B. The breakfast's are a big surprise every morning. Even the kids were happy, the pancakes, fruits and French toasts kept them going for a long time. The swimming pool was super for them to cool off after two days of touring the city and the Indian village. Rick has proved himself to be a very good host telling and translating all information. Anita is a lovely person whose Italian heritage blossoms in the kitchen, name the superlatives, anyone you like, and they will apply to her breakfasts. Rick is one of a kind, self taught fluency in Spanish, he's a gold mine of useful, valuable and up to date information on all aspects of Panamanian life, and his working background leading to Pequeño Paraiso is fascinating.
