CANCELATION POLICY:

If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, minus a $10.00 fee, provided that you give more than two weeks notice, with less than two weeks notice you would lose your deposit. Please note that an early departure is equal to a cancellation.

We hope that you understand that "reservations" are a vital part of managing a small Bed and Breakfast.
